CANCELLATION POLICY

Flexible: Full refund 48 hours before reservations starts
If a user cancels after the reservation starts, no refund is available.
If a user cancels 48 hours or more before the reservation starts, workspace costs will be fully refunded.
Cancellation must be made 48 hours in advance of reservation start time.
If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to fluidmeet within 48 hours of the reservation start time.
fluidmeet will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
A reservation is not officially canceled until the guest receives a cancellation confirmation e-mail from fluidmeet. If the cancellation e-mail is not received, contact fluidmeet.
